Payment is via secure credit card or debit card payment via PayPal. PayPal will issue you with receipts upon successful completion of the payment process.

Naturally you'll get a printed conformation of payment with your delivered goods.

Stock permitting we try to despatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Single products will be sent on a next working day basis, larger orders on a 3 working day basis.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, as once dispatched the product is in the hands of the Royal Mail or courier used.

All orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday in order to be dispatched the same day.

In the highly unlikely event that the goods we supply are faulty, you will be offered an exchange on receipt of the faulty products. You will be expected to return the products in the same condition that they were received. Once we receive the faulty goods, we will refund your postage costs and send replacement products.
